A Foundation Built on Logic and Love for Numbers
Violette’s love for mathematics began in high school, where she consistently stood out as the best in the subject. Her deep-seated passion led her to study Mathematics at university, where she thrived academically.
After starting her career as a Business Transformation Analyst, Violette quickly realized her analytical mind could do more — by harnessing data to drive meaningful business change. That insight led her into the world of Data Analytics and Process Transformation, where she now leads with purpose.
“My background in Mathematics gave me a strong analytical foundation — problem-solving, logical thinking, and statistical analysis — all of which are critical in Data Analytics,” she shares.

Transitioning from theoretical mathematics to business-focused data work wasn’t seamless. “One major challenge was bridging the gap between academic theory and real-world application,” she explains. As her confidence grew, she earned multiple Microsoft certifications and took it a step further — by teaching others. “I’ve helped over 300 aspiring data analysts across different cohorts. Teaching helps reinforce what you learn — and it’s so fulfilling.”
One of Violette’s proudest career moments was leading the first-ever dashboard presentation at her company’s Quarterly Business Review (QBR)- a bold innovation that earned praise from the CEO and reshaped how business performance was communicated.
